Crystal Evans started Hiking Hawaii cafe to marry her passion for hiking and exploring to her love of whipping up new and inventive dishes. Coming from a corporate, hospitality background, Crystalʻs knack for connecting with people from all around the world has allowed her to make lasting and meaningful impressions in her home away from home, Hiking Hawaii Cafe. Crystal can still be found taking orders, running food, and bussing tables all with a smile on her face, joking with her employees at the cafeʻs new location within the Double Tree Alana hotel. Crystalʻs personal touches in the cafe of books, maps, and aloha print fabric show her true love and aloha for hiking and Hawaiʻi.
